Our shipping policy depends on Product and region. If multiple products bought from same vendor, we can work on reducing the shipping cost.
As of now we are trying to ship items within India for free and fixing price to international locations based on the charges which shipping company provides.
We currently ship products only within India. And few international locations including US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and few countries in Asia. Shipping charges varies to each country based on weight of the product.
As our vendors shipping directly to the given address we may use different shipping providers. However we will give you the shipping info via email to track the package.
We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders. Although we try to deliver within 14 days of receiving order, Few customized items may take time as artisans have to work after they receive orders. Few items are seasonal, if we currently don’t have stock, we take order by discussing with the customer and deliver it when the item is ready.
Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped.
Products are not shipped on Sundays and National holidays.
