We ship the product for free. We use a normal shipping type.
Refund Policy
A refund will be not processed unless the customer does not receive the product or if the Customer receives a different product than he/she ordered or a damaged piece.
The refund request should be raised with a photo of a damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation will be processed within 24 hours and before shipping the product. After shipping the product cancellation can not be processed.
There is no return policy as we are personally visiting artists and selling only genuine art. Since these arts are very expensive and purely handmade some of which take months to make, we are committed to respecting their time and effort.
