You do not need to be an NGO. If you carry a craft and see a need — a shared kiln, a season of apprenticeships, a natural-dye workshop, documenting knowledge that should stay with the community — tell us, and we will help pair you with a partner organisation.
Before you write
A few things that help
There are no wrong answers — a proposal is the start of a conversation, not a grant application. The more concrete you can be, the faster we can help.
- Who carries the craft, and where — the community or group, and its region.
- What the project would do — training, a kiln or loom, materials, or documentation.
- What changes if it happens — the outcome you hope for, in your own words.
- A rough budget, so we can size it realistically together.
